Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions are related to the Journey Beyond Cruise Sydney, dinner for two competition
Please read the competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our online competitions, we will assume you have read the rules and that you agree to them. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Journey Beyond Cruise Sydney and not to Facebook or Instagram.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, you must successfully answer the question “are our lunch and dinner cruises inclusive of premium beverages and meals?” and leave your answer in the comments.
Entry is only open to residents of New South Wales, aged 18 years or older. Employees of Journey Beyond Cruise Sydney, the Journey Beyond group and their immediate families and agencies associated with are ineligible to enter.
Any inappropriate content or comments will be removed, and entry will be nullified.
ELIGIBILITY
To enter the competition, you must be aged 18 and over at the time of entry and a NSW resident.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they meet and agree to the event organisers requirements for participating.
COMPETITION PERIOD
Entries must be submitted during the periods of Wednesday 7th October at 9.00am ACST and Sunday 18th October 2020 at 9.00am ACST to be eligible for the draw.
PRIZE INFORMATION
The winner of the competition will be chosen at random using a random name picker software using your Instagram or Facebook name. The winner will be notified via social media.
If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize. Cash or credit alternatives to the prize stated will not be offered.

By entering a competition on the Journey Beyond Cruise Sydney Facebook and Instagram pages you are agreeing to Journey Beyond Cruise Sydney storing and using your information for marketing purposes. We will not share your information with third parties, and you can opt out at any time by unsubscribing from emails or emailing us directly.
RULES
Journey Beyond Cruise Sydney reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. We may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page. The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
